These Mobile Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the text messaging (SMS/MMS) service ("Service") provided by Quiroga Solutions LLC, operating under the brand GetAva (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), whose registered domain is www.getmyva.work. By opting into any of our text messaging programs, you agree to these Terms and the GetAva Privacy Policy.
1. Opt-In and Service Description
Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and submitting the opt-in form, or by texting the advertised keyword (e.g., HELP or INFO) to 405-445-3356, you consent to receive recurring text messages from GetAva.
Message Content: Messages may include service updates, appointment reminders, confirmations, and promotional or marketing offers.
Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on the services you use, or be approximately 5 messages per month. The frequency depends on your interactions with the Service.
Confirmation: You understand that your consent to receive text messages is not required to make any purchase of goods or services from us.
2. Cost and Carriers
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply to any text messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You are responsible for all charges imposed by your mobile service provider.
Liability: GetAva is not liable for any delays in the receipt of any text messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider.
Supported Carriers: The Service is available on all major U.S. mobile carriers and is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. User Obligations and Opt-Out
Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text the keyword STOP to the number from which you received a message (the sender number). You will receive one final text message confirming your opt-out.
Help (HELP): For assistance or information about the Service, text the keyword HELP to the number from which you received a message, or contact us using the information in Section 5.
Change of Number: You agree to notify GetAva promptly if you change your mobile phone number.
4. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information collected through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://getmyva.work/privacy-policy.
Crucially, our Privacy Policy explicitly states that we will not share, sell, or lease your mobile phone number or opt-in data (Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent) with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only exception is the sharing of this information with our service providers solely for the purpose of message transmission.

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
